PiBond exhibits at SEMICON China 2017Feb 20th 2017

PiBond participates in SEMICON China event in Shanghai at the Nagase booth No. 5617 in hall W5. PiBond exhibits products from all its product lines. We welcome all conference participants to visit us to learn of our spin coatable dielectrics and pattern transfer products.

Dielectric products showcased: siloxane based dielectrics for BEOL (PMD, ILD, and passivation) and optical dielectrics with wide range of refractive index (1.2 à 1.9)

Pattern transfer products exhibited siloxane and metal oxide hard masks for MEMS, TSV and lithography.
