PiBond is proud to share that we have officially started production at our new China Plant in Haining, Zhejiang – the most advanced semiconductor lithographic materials manufacturing site in China, built to serve the needs of local chipmakers.

This state-of-the-art 15,000 m² facility stands as a symbol of what teamwork, collaboration, technical excellence, and shared purpose can accomplish. In just the past few months, the team has delivered an incredible list of achievements:

• Received the Safety Production License for Hazardous Chemicals (危险化学品安全生产许可证) from the Zhejiang Provincial Emergency Management Department (浙江省应急管理厅)

• Awarded three ISO certifications by British Standards Institution (BSI) (英国标准协会):

• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems (质量管理体系认证)

• ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems (环境管理体系认证)

• ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (职业健康安全管理体系认证)

• Successfully passed a stringent customer audit, enabling us to begin supplying advanced materials to China’s leading semiconductor manufacturers.

Factory is designed for the future of semiconductors, the fab supports critical applications including: Lithographic patterning layers, photoresists, integration dielectric solutions, PFAS-free cleaning, yield enhancement and defect control chemistries. Of course with maximum quality and sustainability.
